Liz Goll Lerner
Liz is a counselor, psychotherapist and coach with 30+ years of experience and has helped countless individuals and couples create the authentic and inspired lives they want to live. She is a sought after clinician and art therapist who is nationally recognized as an innovator in the personal growth field for her groundbreaking integrative healing programs.
Liz will be your primary guide throughout the Accelerate Your Joy experience and she wants you to know that “change happens when you least expect it” and that she is looking forward to taking you on this journey.
Phil Tavolacci
Phil Tavolacci is a holistic physical therapist specializing in a manual therapy that’s focused on the connective tissue system of the body (John F. Barnes based Myofascial Release or MFR). He is the owner of TAVO Total Health in Silver Spring, MD and has been a physical therapist for 18 years. Phil has dedicated the last 11 years to integrating his manual therapy skills with sound, energy and intuitive healing work. He is also co-author of the book, What's In Your Web, Stories of Fascial Freedom.
Throughout the workshop, Phil will use gentle touch to assist those participants who have given their permission in connecting their physical awareness with the information they are learning. Additionally, Phil will guide participants through an exercise designed to allow the body to effortlessly flow into motions and positions of self-correction and relaxation.
